How to rent
1. Visit our facebook page at www.facebook.com/gokid.it/photos/?tab=albums to see our products (our facebook page is constantly updated).
2. Send us an email at info@gokid.it or fill in the Booking form on our website.
3. We will answer within 3 hours (we are closed on Saturdays) with our quotation and product availability.
4. In order to confirm the booking, we ask 30 euros as refundable deposit to be paid via PayPal. You will receive the deposit back when we receive the items in good conditions, complete in every part and not excessively dirty.
Please, note that for all articles except cots, both the first and last day of your rental period are included in the fee (e.g. from Monday to Monday we will count an 8 day period).
Deliveries in Milan, Linate and Malpensa airport are included in the rental price from Monday through Friday, from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm. Deliveries/pickups on weekends, early morning or late nights have an additional cost of 15 euros. For deliveries in other towns/cities, we ship via dedicated carrier.
If you book less than 24 hours before delivery, an additional fee of 10 euros will be applied for express delivery.
The rental fee includes sanitisation costs.
